1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and SZ777 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). The Terms apply to all services offered by SZ777, including the online casino, live casino, fish games, slots, sports betting, promotions and VIP programme.

SZ777 reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal. Verification documents may include a valid CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. This process is standard and applies to all players equally to maintain platform integrity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on SZ777 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets.

Deposits are generally credited to your SZ777 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within a reasonable time, contact SZ777 support with proof of the transaction.

Withdrawal requests are processed once identity verification is complete and any applicable wagering requirements have been met. SZ777 does not charge players for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees. SZ777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for deposits, or to a verified payment method in the player's own name.
• SZ777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• SZ777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced checks on large withdrawal requests before processing.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

SZ777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms, which are published on the Promotions page and must be read carefully before opting in.

General bonus rules that apply across all SZ777 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are subject to wagering requirements. The specific rollover requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed.

• Bonuses are issued to the account that opts in. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash directly, or applied to another account.

• SZ777 reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on SZ777 covers Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI series and Test matches), Football, Esports, Tennis, Basketball and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on SZ777:

• Bets are final once confirmed. SZ777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet once it has been placed and accepted by the platform.
• In-play bets are subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Network delays on the player's side do not constitute grounds for cancellation.
• SZ777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result is already known at the time of placement, or where pricing errors have occurred due to a technical fault.
• In the event a match is abandoned, postponed or forfeited, SZ777's settlement rules as published at the time of the event will apply.
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by sport, event and market type. These limits are enforced within the platform at the time of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets are permitted. All selections in an accumulator must win for the bet to return. Void selections will reduce the accumulator legs accordingly.
• SZ777 reserves the right to limit or restrict a player's betting access if unusual patterns or potential abuse of pricing are detected.

7. Casino and Game Rules

SZ777's Game Lobby includes slots, table games, fish games, and Live Casino titles. All games are operated and governed by the rules of the respective game provider. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are set by the provider and are available upon request.

Live Casino games are hosted by professional studios with real dealers. Live dealer decisions are final. 9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SZ777 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban:

10. Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or identity misrepresentation, SZ777 may freeze account funds pending investigation and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course provided all verification requirements have been met and no Terms violations are under investigation.

11. Limitation of Liability

SZ777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free operation, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. SZ777 shall not be held liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to network connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Technical interruptions caused by third-party payment processors.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind related to the use of SZ777.

In all cases, SZ777's maximum liability to any player in respect of any single incident shall not exceed the value of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
